Junior Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate must have Licensed in California. 2-3 years of litigation experience are required. Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school. Excellent communication and follow-through skills. Excellent research, analytical, verbal, and writing skills are required. Experienced handling all phases of litigation matters, including preparing pleadings/motions, making court appearances, drafting and responding to discovery, and taking depositions are required Arbitration/trial experience is a plus. Must be a team player, motivated, organized, and possess a strong work ethic Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Ability to handle a case from inception until the end of litigation are required
