Attorney - Civil Litigation .The candidate will be conducting the initial interview with client and screening potential clients. Conducting legal research. Drafting petitions, answers, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Assisting with court appearances or appearing in court to handle hearing on his/her/their own. Assisting partners with prep for depositions and eventually taking/defending depos. Reviewing and analyzing document production. Participating in drafting and responding to written discovery. Communicating with clients. Interviewing witnesses. Participating in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution procedures. Should have 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
