Legal Secretary The candidate will be assisting and providing a range of support and administration to attorneys and other legal professionals. Will be greeting clients and visitors. Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system. Maintaining and scheduling conference rooms. Maintaining the waiting area, kitchen and other public areas. Maintaining and ordering supplies. Performing data entry and general administrative tasks, such as scanning, photocopying, and filing documents. Sorting and routing incoming mail and packages, as well as processing outgoing mail and booking couriers. Organizing catering; may serve refreshments at meetings. Making travel arrangements. Providing support to the Directors of Administration and Business Development, paralegals, and other staff. Performing other similar or related duties as assigned. Must have 1-2 years of administrative work in a law firm experience. Strong computer skills including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal database software essential. Should have 35+ wpm typing speed, excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
