Part-Time Patent Attorney The candidate will draft or prosecute patent applications for leading global technology companies, including numerous Patent 300 companies. Must have substantial 3 years of recent relevant preparation/prosecution experience in 4G/5G networks, semiconductors, or software-related technologies; Former Patent Examiner experience is a plus; a great eye for detail; a positive attitude; excellent writing skills and communication skills. Must be USPTO registered; located in the US; a great teammate. Must get going quickly with minimal training; love learning, winning, and making clients happy.
