Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in preparing and filing Adjustment of Status and other family based applications/petitions; 1+ years of experience in Removal Defense (Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment, etc.). Should have Strong communication skills (able to draft documents, emails, etc. without grammatical errors); Experience in business and employment immigration filings; Experience in working with affidavit of support filings; asylum cases; hardship waivers. Experience in drafting memorandums of law and affidavits pertaining to family based cases and hardship waivers; Experience in communicating with USCIS, DOS and clients regarding immigration matters; Familiarity and experience in dealing with notifications, RFE's, NOID's and Appeals with the AAO and BIA; Experience in drafting and preparing responses to RFE's and NOID's. Should have ability to speak foreign language (Spanish, Arabic, etc.). Should have experience using INSZoom.
