Trusts and Estates Paralegal Duties: The candidate will include: management of probate estate process and procedures; knowledge of trust and estate accountings and trust administration; assistance in preparing, retaining, and organizing legal documents, agreements, pleadings, and accountings related to trust and estate administration as well as electronic filing. Qualifications: The candidate must have 3 years of demonstrated experience as a trusts and estates paralegal in a law firm. Corporate experience, abilities desired. Excellent communication skills A" written and oral. Problem-solving, analytical, and research skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously. Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude. Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with the aptitude to learn other systems/programs. Familiarity in using an electronic document management system. Experience in Filesize/ manage is a plus. Ability to file/record documents in official records. Advanced Adobe professional and Adobe Acrobat. High school diploma from an accredited institution. Paralegal Degree/Certificate. A minimum of 3 years of trust and estates experience. Availability for overtime as needed.
