Seeking an Attorney with 1 3 years of hands-on experience with documenting, negotiating and closing commercial finance transactions. Candidate will be representing lenders and lessors on a variety of matters, including synthetic leases, capital leases, structured finance, C&I lending and commercial real estate. The transactions involve diverse classes of collateral, including real estate, receivables, inventory, aircraft, vessels and rail cars. Must have strong drafting and negotiating skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities. Experience with financing transactions involving transportation assets (including corporate aircraft, rail equipment and maritime assets) is a plus. Maryland Bar required.
