Litigation Creditor's Rights - Attorney The candidate will be expected to handle all aspects of files from inception to trial. Independently manage a caseload involving foreclosure clients. Work closely with paralegals, other attorneys, and Partners. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with client and provide status reports and hearing results. Must be admitted to practice in the state of Florida. Should preferably have 3+ years litigation and trial experience, 1+ years Florida foreclosure experience a plus.
