Paralegal The candidate will be joining a small Estate Planning/Trust and Probate law firm and will assist the attorneys. Bachelor's degree is preferred.Should have a good understanding of legal calendar deadlines, court rules and procedures, filing processes, and legal documents, including pleadings and discovery materials. Must be highly proficient at WordPerfect and Microsoft Excel, and have an excellent written and verbal communication skills.
