Attorney - Estate Planning & Probate The candidate will communicate with clients and referral partners. Train and manage your team. Advise clients on estate and trust administration, including uncontested and contested probate. Confidently interact with high-net-worth clients. Manage your caseload with minimal oversight. Draft estate plan. Advise client on estate planning matters. Develop strategies leading to the efficient resolution of cases. Negotiate and settle cases. Draft pleadings. Draft discovery requests and responses. Take depositions Attend mediation, hearings, and trials. Should have 3+ years of relevant experience related to one or more of the firm's practice areas (estate planning, probate, or business law). Should be admitted to the Georgia Bar and in good standing. Strong negotiation skills, including the willingness and ability to reconcile differences and find mutual wins. Excellent communication ability, which includes using an appropriate tone and professionalism when engaging with clients is needed. A strong ethical compass is needed. Working knowledge of finance, investments, and insurance is needed. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Should have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Should be a self-starter with a positive attitude, resilient emotional intelligence, strong work ethic, good judgment, and a sense of humor.
