Legal Secretary The candidate tasks will include working with attorneys, paralegals, and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. Handle administrative functions such as managing logistics. First point of contact/representative for clients. Manage all communications like answer phones, Maintain calendar, and schedule appointments. Complete assigned copy, scanning, and printing projects. Manage all paperwork like filing office mail, and deliver packages. Prepare and send Legal packages as assigned. Keep the office running smoothly, ensuring office supplies are stocked. Pay Bills and Make Deposits. Should have a High school degree or equivalent experience. Must have 1-2 years experience working in a professional office setting preferable in a Law office. Should possess strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work with significant attention to detail. Must be a self-starter Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Must be able to execute a variety of secretarial duties of a confidential nature. Should have effective time management and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail-oriented.
