Litigation Attorney The candidate will prepare/review legal documents on behalf of clients; taking and defending depositions; drafting and arguing motions; Represent clients in court; Negotiate settlements. Admission to Florida bar required. Should have experience as a litigation associate (minimum 1 years). Must have experience in first-party homeowners insurance or defense (minimum 1 year). Must have familiarity with various legal documents.
