Criminal Law Attorney The candidate will represent the diverse clientele in all legal proceedings pertaining to their case, provide legal counsel, and draw up legal documentation. In complex cases, will collaborate with senior attorneys to ensure the best legal representation for our clients. Counsel clients on family legal issues. Represent clients in the courtroom. Negotiate agreements between parties. Conduct research and compile evidence for your case. Interview all those involved in the case. Should have a J.D. degree and current WA state license with a membership of the Bar in good standing. Must have 2+ years of experience in family law litigation. Courtroom or legal research experience, preferably in criminal law is required. Should have communication and organizational skills.
