Attorney The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school. Should have active Bar admission and in good standing in the State of NC, additional licenses a plus. Must have 3+ years of experience related to real estate, creditors' rights and related litigation. Bankruptcy experience is preferred. Experience in other systems such as LPS, Lenstar, and Vendorscape is preferred.
