Workers' Compensation Paralegal The candidate will be managing and facilitating the legal defense of workers compensation claims, maintaining a hectic docket, drafting correspondence and pleadings, case management, file organization, personal contact with clients and third party administrators, researching and reviewing status of BWC and IC claim files and supporting and assisting with trials and appellate cases. Should have 2-3 years workers compensation paralegal experience. Must have an understanding of the Ohio Workers Compensation claims adjudication and litigation process, have the ability to utilize ICON, Dolphin, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Time Matters and Pacer. Ohio State Bar Association Certification in Workers Compensation and an Associate Degree are preferable.
