Associate Attorney The candidate will manage cases in active litigation from pre-suit investigations through trial. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with clients and co-counsel to develop and implement a cohesive defence strategy in every case; Manage and evaluate complex, high-risk cases; Take and defend depositions; Advocate for clients in briefs and in court. Should have Bachelor and Juris Doctorate degrees; Should have strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills; Top 30% of law school class preferred; Moot court, mock trial, and/or journal experience preferred. Should be current and good standing member of the Georgia Bar.
