Litigation Attorney Candidate will practice in residential foreclosure litigation. Must have: Law Degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. 3+ years civil litigation and non-jury trial experience. Foreclosure and/or civil trial experience a plus. Appellate experience a plus. Excellent organizational skills. Great punctuality and attendance. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Able to excel in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, WordPerfect, etc. Be comfortable with travel. Must be able to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents. Strong ability to perform research and effectively communicate the results. Analyze both federal and state laws and regulations. Can work within defined processes and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
