Associate Attorney The candidate should be an licensed attorney with 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate law to assist supervising attorney/firm owner to serve existing sophisticated commercial real estate client base. The primary jobs responsibilities will be negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases and related commercial real estate documentation and handling the closing process for commercial real estate sales and dispositions. Should have very specific prior legal experience in commercial real estate transactional work perhaps having worked for a large law firm in their real estate department or for a commercial real estate company in their in-house legal department.
