Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will assist partners through the performance of assigned tasks on complex litigation and the management of assigned client cases/claims. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Will assist partners/clients throughout all phases of litigation including pre-trial investigation, pre-suit negotiation, trial preparation, and post-trial appeals by preparing legal documents such as demands, discovery, briefs, pleadings, and appeals for review, approval, and use by partners and/or on behalf of clients. Additional experience in the area of torts is a plus. Must be motivated to develop a client base and must be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player who will take ownership and become familiar with firm marketing efforts, clients, cases, and files. Admission to the Alabama State Bar required.
