Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate will be focused on employment-based cases with minimal guidance and supervision. To help with some personal injury litigation matters and other assigned duties from time to time. Should have JD degree and CA Bar required. Excellent English writing skills, with English as primary language preferred. Should have excellent research skills and legal comprehension. 1+ year of EB experience (EB1, L1, H1B RFE, PERM, etc) preferred. Some civil litigation experience preferred.
