Family Law Attorney The candidate will be communicating with clients and other counsel. Drafting pleadings. Conducting discovery. Preparing for and attending court hearings. Will be responsible for all aspects of a client's case (with supervision) including communicating with clients and other counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attending court hearings. Should have 2+ years of relevant Family Law experience. Must have expertise in legal drafting. Must have courtroom experience as second chair. Must be organized and detailed. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Should have full knowledge on all aspects of family law and be a personable self- starter ready to jump into cases. Should be up to date on education while being detailed-oriented, competent, professional, and hard-working.
