Temporary Bilingual Immigration Attorney The candidate will prepare legal documents including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memos, motions. Prepare legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions. Phone /In-person meetings with clients to answer client questions. Respond to all MyCase messages the same day they are received. Communicate, Field, and Respond with the team from clients and team. USCIS, court, and anything that has to do with ICE. Emergency motions. Analyze information. Finalize submissions materials. Other job duties as assigned. The candidate must have a Valid and Good Standing Bar License; Research Skills; Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills; Planning and Organizing; Information Monitoring; excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills; fluency in Reading, Writing, and Speaking in Spanish and English; excellent Attention to Detail and Accuracy; flexibility and Adaptability; confidentiality; teamwork; Excellent Customer Service. Must be able to work in the office; energetic, Spanish-speaking attorney; dedicated to excellent, top-of-the-line customer service; organized; able to work in a very, very high-paced job setting; working quickly and efficiently while producing high-quality work; punctual; willing to use creative legal strategies to help clients; following directions and work within operational systems by following a training manual; willing to do 10+ consultations a day. Should have an upbeat attitude and a desire to learn.
