Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate will attend USCIS interviews, cover master calendar hearing and individual hearings before EOIR San Francisco (regularly) and occasionally EOIR Sacramento and Los Angeles, meet with potential clients for consultations to determine eligibility for benefits, review application packets, prepare declarations and legal briefs, and generally represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and other government agencies. Should have year of experience in family-based immigration and removal defense, handling adjustments, naturalizations, consular processing, U-Visas, VAWA, cancellation of removal, asylum, etc. Spanish fluency is required.
