Condo Collections Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities will include collections for Condo Associations, drafting and preparation of correspondence and pleadings included in the collections and foreclosure process. B.A./ B.S. and ABA paralegal certificate is preferred. Must ideally have 3+ years of collections experience, good math aptitude and proficient with numbers. Must possess good communications skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite (preferable Windows 7).
