Attorney, Health Law The candidate should preferably have civil litigation, administrative litigation, or healthcare experience. Must be self-starters, and have excellent academic credentials. Administrative law, health law, litigation or contract law experience will be helpful. Health care background will be helpful. Experience in insurance defense work, especially producing billable hours, is a big plus. Experience conducting or reviewing Navy JAG Manual investigations, or Army/Air Force Medical Malpractice investigations, this would be helpful. Qui tam/whistleblower experience helpful. Employment law litigation experience helpful. Excellent research and writing skills required. Top 10% of class desired. Must be a member of The Florida Bar, unless applying for Law Clerk position. Health Law certificate or LL.M. in Health Law preferred.
