Attorney The candidate will represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency. Evaluate potential new client case facts. Comply with legal process and inter-office protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment. Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor finalization of settlement disbursement. Perform management/leadership functions. Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness. Previous plaintiff personal injury experience is preferred. Should have the ability to thrive in a high-volume setting. Exceptional written and verbal communication/negotiation skills are needed. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Should have the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism is neede.
