Civil/criminal Attorney The candidate will establish relationships with clients, office staff and court personnel. Will be computer savvy with a working knowledge of basic software. Must have the ability to analyze facts, identify key legal issues and conduct necessary legal research.Will be able to plan, develop, and execute creative litigation strategies.Will be able to express complex legal concepts, arguments, and conclusions in a clear, concise and logical manner. Will be willing to do some traveling to nearby counties.
