Legal Secretary The candidate should have knowledge of filing procedures at various courthouses. Responsibilities and Duties: Filing documents at various courthouses, scheduling depositions, IMEs, mediations and arbitrations, respond to discovery, order medical records, send records to experts, answer telephones, scan documents and use One Legal for filing documents with the court. Should have 2-10 years of experience as a legal secretary. Insurance defense experience a plus.
