Attorney - Labor Law The candidate should have 2 years of experience in labor and employment law. Experience with public sector labor organizations is ideal. Responsibilities would include working with several large employee association clients, representing those associations in matters against their employers, representing individual clients in public sector disciplinary matters, all while working closely with experienced labor representatives and other labor attorneys in the firm. Active member of the California State Bar required.
