Position: Plaintiff PIP Attorney (Full Time Position) Law Firm - Ligori and Ligori is looking for a Plaintiff PIP Attorney who is able to handle cases from demand through settlement and trial. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience handling personal injury protection claims in Florida. Must have at least 2 years of PIP litigation experience. Experience with cases during the litigation stages in Florida County Courts. Aggressive, detailed, dedicated, able to work on their own, and hard-working. Must be able to heavily litigate PIP cases and work 45-65 hours per week. Salary and Benefits: Monthly base pay plus commissions dependent on fees to firm generated. Base salary between $6,000-$8,000 per month plus a 10% commission for whatever fees are distributed. Potential to make at least $150,000-$250,000/yr depending on performance and work ethic. Over $500.00 per month per employee is applied to the benefits package. Firm pays for a $100,000.00 life insurance policy and offers health, vision, dental and supplemental insurances. Reduced gym membership offered. Benefits are available the first of the month following 30 days. One week of vacation after six months. Two weeks of paid vacation after one year. Six personal/sick days per year accumulated at half a day per month. Six federal holidays per year. Ten vacation days per year after the first year. 401k And numerous other benefits.
