Associate Attorney Candidate will work for litigation firm. Florida Bar admission required and in good standing. Courtroom experience is required. Admitted in other jurisdictions is a plus. 3+ years litigation experience is essential. Must be willing and able to handle a high volume of cases. Must have: Complete knowledge of the court system, including, electronic filing (e-filing), electronic e-service and knowledge of how to review court dockets. Excellent motion drafting and research skills is a plus. Familiarity of Judicial Procedures in all Florida counties is a plus Familiarity with the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, local administrative rules and Florida Statutes (Insurance). Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is a must. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus. Must be able to work independently as well as under supervision, have excellent communication and writing skills, and be able to handle a large case load in a timely manner. Must be a hardworking, self-motivated team player. Start Date: Commence immediately.
