Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of practice to support busy litigation department. Practice areas include civil and commercial litigation including real estate, contract, construction and other similar types of disputes, employment, summary process, personal injury and wrongful death. Ideal candidate will have experience with discovery, legal research, drafting of pleadings and correspondence. Trial experience a plus; New York experience is helpful.
