Bankruptcy Attorney Candidate will help appear in Bankruptcy Court and in settlement conferences. Responsibilities include" Representing clients in court; Preparing and drafting legal documents; Meeting with clients and perspective clients; and Negotiating settlements for legal disputes. Qualifications: Admitted in NYS and Federal Courts; Previous Consumer Bankruptcy Law Experience; Familiarity with various legal documents; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to build rapport with clients; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience appearing at settlement conferences.
