Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the litigation process from initial sign-up through trial. Case management responsibilities include: client and witness interviews, drafting demands. pre-suit negotiations, taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, court appearances and second chair trial work, and occasional travel. Should preferably have 3+ years of personal injury experience. Must be member of the Florida State Bar and able to travel.
