Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will order and summarize medical records and employment records. Draft letters. Prepare court documents for filing. Assist in propounding and responding to discovery, drafting mediation briefs, drafting demand letters, trial preparation. Handle cases from intake until settlement and must be able to work with Attorneys and other Paralegals. Communicate with clients and provide support for multiple attorneys as well as senior paralegals. Should preferably have 2 years of experience as a litigation Paralegal. Should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player. Must have the ability to exercise good judgment and meet deadlines.
