Workers' Compensation Paralegal The candidate will work in workers' compensation defense law firm. The paralegal will need to do the following: conduct legal research; prepare exhibit packets; serve documents; draft correspondence to parties; negotiate and settle liens; draft pleadings. Successful candidates must be accurate and productive, able to meet all established deadlines, and possess a willingness to work as a team player. Some knowledge of workers' compensation is a plus, but it is not required.
