Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for duties : Estate, Business Succession and Tax Planning; Prepare Wills and other estate planning documents; Estate Administration Trust; Business Formation; Handle probate matters from beginning to completion. Should have strong interaction with clients. Estate planning, administration and probate. Experience with tax implications of trusts and estates. Should have strong knowledge regarding drafting wills, trusts and other estate planning documents. Should have experience with tax implications of trusts and estates. Must have Juris Doctor Degree/State Bar of Texas. Must have 3 or more years of experience in Estate Planning and Probate Administration.
