Associate Attorney The candidate must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, but a strong preference will be given to an applicant who is also licensed in New Jersey. A general interest in real estate, planning and urban development is a plus. Must have relevant experience. Will involve appearing before City agencies, like the Zoning Board of Adjustment ( ZBA ), Board of Revision of Taxes ( BRT ) and the Philadelphia Historical Commission. The position will also include general litigation involving real estate matters, like Quiet Title Actions, Act 135 Conservatorships and Failure to Disclosure Litigation.
