Associate Attorney The candidate join high-volume insurance subrogation practice and work remotely from home office in Northern California. CSM Associates are involved in all aspects of the litigation process, including motion writing, depositions, discovery, and court appearances. Must have outstanding multi-tasking skills and the ability to work independently. Should have 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience with case management software (Time Matters preferred) is required. Should have Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school. Must be admission to the State Bar of California.
