Associate Attorney The candidate' will be responsible for handling foreclosure matters for the firm. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of our clients. Ideal Candidate must: Be able to work autonomously while also working with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants; Work off of reporting systems including but not limited to excel reports and work groups generated by the firm's case management system; Possess a high attention to detail; Possess a finance background and be good with computing figures and data accurately under stringent deadlines (including but not limited reading, analyzing and computing loan payment histories); Should have Juris Doctorate.; Must be a Member in good standing of the NC Bar; Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
