Part-time Associate Attorney The candidate will be managing consumer litigation files. Will be asked to file cases in various federal courts in California. Will conduct intake with potential clients, draft and file complaint, prepare and respond to discovery. Prepare proper cover sheet and disclosures (if applicable). Should have 2+ years of experience in consumer litigation. Must have own ECF login and the ability to research legal issues. Background in FDCPA, TCPA and other related areas is a plus.
