It is located in the Pacific Northwest with branches in the West and in Washington DC. Associates are encouraged to pursue community involvement to enhance their well-rounded approach to law and life. Billable hours credit is given for Pro Bono work, and the firm's hours requirements are very reasonable. Strong mentoring and training programs are present.
Employee Benefits Attorney - Retirement The candidate must have 3+ years of experience. Knowledge should include all qualified plan requirements under the Code and ERISA that apply to large employer plans. Knowledge of governmental plan requirements is a plus. Must have experience with multiple types of plans including 401(k) plans, cash balance plans and other hybrid plans, understand plan operations, and have experience with IRS and DOL correction programs.
