Associate Attorney The candidate will assist with all aspects of workers' compensation, personal injury and bad faith litigation including, but not limited to: Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal memoranda; Conducting factual and legal research; Meeting and consulting with clients, attorneys, and witnesses; Attending and conducting legal appearances; and, Working with paralegals and other legal assistants as part of a team. Must have excellent writing, research and communication skills. Should also possess strong leadership skills, be highly motivated, and eager to develop in a team oriented, mentored environment. Must possess a recent JD with strong academics and work experience in any professional field, or be a current associate attorney with 1-3 years experience.
