Litigation Attorney The candidate will be effectively conducting discovery that is aimed at increasing case value and helping clients. Taking depositions with purpose and tenacity. Drafting and arguing motions at a high level. Utilizing Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence to help our clients. Researching law, experts, and other issues, then preparing memoranda that help our clients. Treating every client like family. Treating your fellow team members with the highest degree of respect. Becoming a premier authority on South Carolina trial and plaintiffs law. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense). Must be a current member of the SC Bar.
