Family Law Associate Attorney The candidate will be drafting and responding to correspondence. Will assist on preparation of pleadings. Propounding and responding to disclosure and discovery requests. Telephone and in-person contact with clients, opposing counsel and the Courts; and, Court appearances. Must be licensed in California with 2+ years of recent and significant California family law experience to handle divorce, separation, parentage and child custody cases.
