Responsibilities include: handling cases from both pre-suit stage through trial. Should have 3 or more years of litigation experience. Must have experience conducting discovery and taking depositions. Ability to evaluate cases and negotiate settlements. Should have ability to build rapport with clients. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
