Staff Attorney The candidate will be assisting principal with civil litigation docket. Will be managing new client intake. Reviewing and summarizing documents. Preparing motions and memorandums of law. Preparing pleadings and discovery. Helping identity theft victims and consumers with credit or background report errors. The candidate should have a JD degree from ABA accredited law school. Must have 2+ years of civil litigation (federal court experience a plus). Consumer law experience a plus. Must be licensed to practice law (in any state) and in good standing. Excellent communication, research and writing skills essential. Law Review/Journal experience or scholastic honors preferred.
