Associate Attorney The candidate should be licensed to practice law or be in the process of being licensed to practice law in both federal and state courts in Hawaii. Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, diplomacy, legal research and writing skills are required to perform typical duties such as researching and analyzing legal issues, writing memoranda for a supervising lawyer, a client, or court; appearing in court; analyzing legal documents; and preparing documents in preparation for litigation. Prior experience is preferred.
