Associate Attorney, Commission Candidate will manage an active case load of 40-50 cases in litigation or 80-120 cases in pre-litigation (with the help of support staff), to work up the cases, to negotiate settlements, and, if necessary to take cases to trial. Desire for trial work is crucial for any litigation associate consideration. Must have JD Degree. Should have either of: (1) Any civil litigation experience; (2) Any personal injury experience; (3) Any trial experience; (4) Any history playing organized, competitive sports from high school forward to present; (5) Any prior sales experience requiring the candidate to meet minimum sales; and (6) Any conversational and written Spanish experience, especially if fluent. Must have detail oriented, but outcome focused, and is someone who has a desire to get the best results for the client. English and Spanish languages skills required.
