Family law attorney The candidate should have experience representing clients in family law matters including separation, divorce, custody, spousal and child support, and division of marital property. Attorney will be expected to work on a wide range of matters, with a focus on contested custody cases and complex divorces. Seeking 1-3 years family law experience, including handling motion hearings, discovery, negotiations, and trials and managing large caseloads. Must be admitted to practice in North Carolina. Strong preference for a South Carolina bar admittance.
